Dr. William L. Terral
Board-Certified Pediatrician | Founder, Children’s Medical Cente
Dr. William L. Terral, affectionately known to his patients as “Dr. Buddy,” is a board certified pediatrician and the founder of Children’s Medical Center. He earned his medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in 1976 and is affiliated with St. Tammany Parish Hospital. For decades, Dr. Terral has provided compassionate, personalized care to families across the Northshore. The son of a pediatrician, he learned early the value and reward of treating every patient like family. Beloved by generations, Dr. Buddy continues to make a lasting difference in his community-helping children grow healthy and strong from infancy through adolescence and beyond.
Dr. Sherri Casey
Dr. Sherri Casey is the heart and cornerstone of Children’s Medical Center, having dedicated her career to the health and wellness of families in the Covington community since 1993. For over three decades, she has been more than just a doctor; she has been a trusted partner, a friend, and an unwavering advocate for her patients.

Pamela R Blundell
Pam Blundell, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner nationally certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Louisiana State University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Loyola University New Orleans. Prior to completing her graduate degree in 2012, Pam gained 13 years of extensive pediatric experience as a Registered Nurse.
A long-time resident of Mandeville, she and her husband, Gordon, raised their four sons in the community they continue to call home. Pam is deeply committed to pediatric care; working with children is her greatest professional joy, and she remains grateful for the opportunities her career has provided.
Sherie B. Naquin
Sherie B. Naquin, MSN, APRN, FP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a dedicated member of the Children’s Medical Center team. She is a graduate of Loyola University New Orleans, where she earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration spanning birth through adulthood. Sherie has had the privilege of serving children and families in the medical field since 2001.
She is committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care, valuing the principles of medical tradition while embracing advancements in modern medicine. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Sherie balances a full and active life, raising her family and managing a farm in the heart of Folsom.
